Once we built our GraphQL edge cache, we realized that being a GraphQL gateway opens up many other exciting spaces for us to explore. The next one we tackled was GraphQL Analytics — since all of our customer's GraphQL requests pass through us, we can analyze them and provide insights into the usage! We built a fully-fledged analytics pipeline and now give our customers insights into who uses their GraphQL API, how they're using it, their performance problems, and the errors their users hit.
That's why we're thrilled that today is Thomas Heyenbrock's first day at Stellate! He blew us away during the interview process with his software engineering skills, and his background as a Head of Analytics makes him a fantastic addition to our team.
